me in high school was hilarious. I remembered about this all of a sudden because someone was talking about their xanga, and I was like I never had one of those.... but I had a deadjournal!!! I have to find that shit!!!

So tonight, me Nicole and Sara were in the darkroom alll day, then went to get sushi, and decided to stop by funk'n waffles cause we heard a certain Pete might be there. As soon as we walk in FREAKING LITTLE PETE FROM PETE & PETE IS THERE! He looks exactly the same, everyone was freaking out. My friend who was the doorman kept trying to tell people who he was, but he didn't know cause hes Russian and kept making me tell everyone who Pete was. His band was shitty, but it didn't even matter cause it was the most amazing experience I've ever had.

So fuck school. I have two 10 page papers and 10 prints due next thursday, and I haven't started any of it. I am so fucked. But once thats dodne, I have nothing left besides my Com final, then I'm home! Then millions of sweet concerts!!

I really like senses fail. There really isn't a good reason because all their lyrics are so cheesy and they have the worst metaphors EVER, but its just so catchy. I think I'm gonna start writing CD reviews in here, cause like John Cusack in High Fidelity, I'm pretty much a professional critic. I think it's gonna be whatever CD I happen to start listening to a lot, whether it's a new release or old, or if I just got it or have had it for a while. Maybe I'll move it to an actual blog site, but whatever. No ones gonna read it anyway so it'll mostly just give me something to do. Since I was talking about Senses Fail, I guess I'll start with them.

Senses Fail, Still Searching. Overall grade, B. Best Song: Sick or Sane. The newest album from Senses Fail is pretty much just a slowed down version of the previous album. The lyrics are filled with obvious and cliche metaphors and references. but the majority of the songs contain so many catchy hooks and pumping guitars that it is almost possible to ignore the cheesy lines. A major problem I have with the CD is the transitions between songs. I have never heard an album mixed so poorly that it caused me to cringe in between each song. There is no smooth transitions; one song ends abruptly and loudly to immediately start into another, equally loud song. Whoever was in charge of arrangement for this CD needs to be fired.

Oh, vacation. Where did you go? You went by so fast and took all of my money. I'm going back to school in 2 days. I'm kinda glad to be going back, but I do like being home as well. Hung out with friends, had some good times, caught uo with the fam, and blessed the Old Navy with my sweet folding skills. All in all it was a good break.

woooooooo going home today!!! I'm not sleeping cause it's easier just to stay up then go to bed and wake up at 4 a.m. I know everyone can't wait to see my lovely facee.

Syracuse is a fucking cultural WASTELAND. No bands ever play here. The closest they come is Rochester which is like 3 hours away. Obviously the second I leave Boston, every single one of my favorite bands play there and not here. I HATE THIS.

well its been quite a while. Senior week was pretty sweet. Prom was ok, and the black and white cruise was fun, but it was too long, I was way tired at the end. So we graduated finally! It wasn't even that big of a deal, I'm just glad it's over. My grad party was yesterday, tons of people were there and all the adults got drunk, it was pretty lame. Today was a scorcher, we went swimming at Ashlynds. I'm really glad she has a pool now and I can go swim all summer. Today we decided we're going to warped cause a bunch of sweet bands are playing, so hopefully that'll be fun. This summer looks to be pretty good with shows, usually there's none over the summer but this year there's lots. AFI tuesday!! then Kevin Devine then Brand New. Prettyyy nice. Well that all for now folks. (or just me cause who actually reads this?)

Oh end of school. Sad, but it's not really the end until graduation. I'll probablly cry. Yesterday I went on a hardcore shopping trip with my mom getting prom stuff, and I was in the dressing room of a store like The Limited or Ann Taylor or something along those lines, I can't really remember, they played Fiest over the raido. It freaked me out a little. Anyways, I think proms done. I found the most awesome shoes ever at Target for my black and white dress, but they didn't have my size and there sold out everywhere. Guess I picked the popular shoes. Oh well, guess I have to find new ones.
